A federal judge in the United States has dismissed the majority of actress Blake Lively’s allegations in her lawsuit against director and co-star Justin Baldoni. The legal claims were tied to alleged incidents of sexual harassment during the production of their forthcoming film, ‘It Ends with Us’, set for release in 2024.
Lively’s lawsuit accused Baldoni of inappropriate conduct throughout the filming process, which she claimed amounted to sexual harassment. However, the judge found insufficient grounds for most of these claims, effectively narrowing the scope of the legal action.
The dismissal implies that while some aspects of the case may proceed, the bulk of Lively’s accusations will not be considered further in court. This decision represents a significant development in the ongoing legal dispute between the two high-profile figures in the entertainment industry.
As the case progresses, it remains to be seen how the remaining claims will be addressed and what impact, if any, this will have on the film’s release and reception.
