Two men who were taken into custody as part of the investigation into the tragic death of Scarlett Faulkner in Co Tipperary have been released without charge. The arrests were made following the fatal assault of the 29-year-old woman in March.
The Gardaí had arrested the men as part of their ongoing effort to gather evidence and piece together the events leading to Faulkner’s death. However, after thorough questioning and examination of the available evidence, the decision was made to release them.
Faulkner’s death has left the local community in shock and mourning. The investigation remains active, and authorities are continuing to appeal for any information that could assist in bringing those responsible to justice.
