Russia Reports Interception of Over 300 Ukrainian Drones

Russia’s Defence Ministry announced a significant military operation, stating that its anti-aircraft units intercepted and destroyed 339 drones from Ukraine. This operation reportedly took place over a 13-hour span, impacting various regions, including the capital, Moscow.

The ministry detailed that the drones were neutralized using a combination of advanced anti-aircraft technology and strategic deployment of military resources across affected areas. The interception is seen as part of ongoing tensions between the two nations, with drone warfare becoming a frequent tactic in recent conflicts.

This development underscores the escalating nature of the conflict, with both countries employing increasingly sophisticated methods in their military engagements. The situation remains tense as international observers continue to monitor the unfolding events closely.

While Russia has reported the successful downing of these drones, details regarding any potential damage or casualties on the ground in the affected regions remain undisclosed.
